目前參議院的版本

報復性股息稅被整個刪掉了
Remittance Tax 降到 1%
且僅限用現金/類現金(money order、cashier’s check等)匯款會被課稅
從金融機構帳戶匯出則被除外
信用卡/借記卡也除外

這個版本目前參議院還沒通過
接下來還可能有修正動議
即使參議院通過了，送到眾議院也未必會一字不改
但至少以目前這個版本來說
對外國投資人沒有太大的影響
