請問各位前輩在下剛買了一間權狀30坪的老屋房仲在591跟現況說明書都有寫到「室內增建6坪」但交屋後在下測量卻發現室內不算梯間也才29.多坪就算有誤差或將梯間算入，也不會差到6坪之多請問各位 …
