先不討論人才
以資金面來看 ChatGPT難度太高了

沒有官方說法 但各界評估ChatGPT訓練一次就要上百萬美金

假設OpenAI手上有1000張A100 訓練一次也要34天

想像一下台灣有哪家企業願意且有能力花這個錢

AI除了需要人 更需要錢


如果沒有微軟的投資  也不會有ChatGPT
