這種老舊的工作椅，

感覺腰酸背痛得特別厲害！

這椅子完全沒腰部支撐，

坐久了整個人好像要垮掉。

聽說有腰靠的椅子能讓脊椎保持自然弧度，

比較不容易痠痛。

真的有沒有腰部支撐的椅子差這麼多？

還是說腰酸其實跟坐姿或工作時長比較有關？

有沒有用過超舒服的椅子，

或是有什麼改善腰酸的妙招？
