聯合國集束彈藥公約（Convention on Cluster Munitions）簽署國號稱一百多個，
但美國、俄羅斯、中國、以色列、伊朗、南韓、印度…通通都沒有簽
非洲國家一堆簽了，但應該沒人會對他們用集束炸彈，
歐洲國家一堆簽了，但應該沒人會對他們用集束炸彈，

加拿大跟墨西哥簽了，但這兩國本來就沒人會對他們動手


反過來說，反正以色列也沒簽，其實以色列要直接用、以牙還牙也不是不可以
