正常沖煮的粉餅,卸下把手後應該是,可以看到一些些分水網螺絲痕跡

粉餅敲下來,可以藉由粉餅橫切面,看看萃取是否均勻

若是橫切面發現有顏色不均勻,表示填壓的密度不均
甚至有通道效應
此外,也可以搜尋一下『Al's rule』
然後,配合量杯,儘量控制25秒30/60cc左右
同時注意看流出的狀態
新鮮的豆子,咖啡液應該是帶一點黏稠,而不是亂噴
喝喝看,這樣味道如何
然後再做一些微調
