想請教"異常處理"的英文怎麼說?

機台 產品等異常

真的好難~

google了好久找不到最恰當的

exception handling? 感覺是電腦方面的

abnormality handling? 感覺是醫學方面的

defective handling? 瑕疵品 不良品處理?

有人知道嗎? 或大家的公司是用哪個字?
