阿特曼甫遭OpenAI董事會開除 傳與公司談回鍋

知情人士今天透露，剛被OpenAI開除的前執行長阿特曼正在跟公司高層討論回歸的可能性，不過阿特曼同時也在考慮成立一家新的人工智慧（AI）公司。

研發熱門產品ChatGPT的AI公司OpenAI，其董事會17日開除備受矚目的執行長阿特曼（Sam Altman），讓整個科技業大為震驚，該公司隨後任命科技長穆拉提（Mira Murati）擔任臨時執行長。

根據路透社看到的OpenAI公司內部備忘錄，營運長萊特凱普（Brad Lightcap）寫道：「我們可以明確地說，董事會（開除阿特曼）的決定不是因為他行為失當，或與我們的財務、業務、安全或保護/隱私實務相關的一切事情。…這是因為阿特曼與董事會間的溝通中斷。」

不過事發隔天就有消息人士說，阿特曼正在跟OpenAI高層討論如何改善公司治理架構，與此同時，阿特曼也在跟OpenAI一些核心研究員和忠於他的人討論怎麼成立新的AI公司。

這名要求匿名的消息人士稱事情還在不斷變化。OpenAI和阿特曼未立刻回覆置評請求。

其他消息人士指出，包括OpenAI最大支持者微軟（Microsoft）在內的投資人正在討論如何減少損害，包括可能敦促董事會恢復阿特曼執行長職務。他們擔心沒有阿特曼，公司人才會大舉出走。

根據OpenAI共同創辦人暨前總裁布羅克曼（Greg Brockman）在社群平台X的發文，阿特曼對自己被開除感到意外，許多員工也感到措手不及，他們是從公司對外的部落格中得知管理階層突然有變動。

阿特曼被開除後不久，布羅克曼也辭職，另一名資深研究員席多爾（Szymon Sidor）也向路透社證實他已請辭。

路透引述消息人士報導，OpenAI原董事局上週五炒掉現已復職的 CEO Sam Altman 前，曾收到數名公司的研究員來信，信件警告，公司已發現到一種強大AI，可能危害人類。

這個AI項目名為「Q*」，可能成為通用人工智能（AGI）的重大突破，由兩組研究員合併成一組的研究團隊研究。消息人士說，Q*的AGI模式可以解決一些數學問題，雖然其數學能力仍只達中小學學生的程度，但研究員有信心，Q*將會成功。

目前，AI在生成文章及翻譯已有不錯的效果，回答問題的表現有較大差異，這些範疇都有一個共通點，就是可以有多於一個的正確答案。數學只能有一個答案，如果AI能征服數學範疇，其推論能力將更為接近人類智能，可以應用在新的科學研究。

這封「告密信」向董事表示，「Q*」會有潛在危險，但消息人士沒有向路透記者透露，究竟信中稱會有什麼危險。

此前，原董事局只說 Altman 跟董事局的溝通有問題，暗示對方有隱瞞，因此撤換他。過去幾天的消息人士都說，沒有單一事件令董事局認為 Altman 有問題，是多個事件累積下來令董事局對 Atlman 失去信心。

路透報導說，這封信件也只是原董事局炒掉 Altman 的其中一個原因，不是最主要原因，原董事局早對 Altman 有很多不滿，包括AI商業化會否太快。

OpenAI星期二晚已經宣佈讓 Altman 復職，並改組董事局，只有問答網站 Quora 的 CEO Adam D'Angelo 留任，另外2名董事Tasha McCauley 和 Helen Toner 離開，當初發動「兵變」的公司首席科學家 Ilya Sutskever 也要離開董事局，同時加入 Salesforce 前 CEO Bret Taylor 和前財長薩默斯（Larry Summers），Taylor擔任董事局主席。

當代表右派的父權老白男斥責甚至想宰了這些伊斯蘭教、強姦犯的時候，這些女權可以把這些人講的多好、多無辜，反怪右派的「女人公敵」怎麼能這樣做、老白男該去死氣氣氣！

過得太爽、自己也沒解決辦法又只會出張嘴當聖母阻止，當害得事情越弄越糟時第一個倒楣的就是女性群體，讓真正的女性權益倒退。

 額雖然我網上找到一堆能打臉此事的資料，但先不提這個，因為照他們的邏輯來講就是這些巴勒斯坦支持者像精神病一樣無法控制自我、會有暴力傾向，彷彿提到以巴衝突議題時身體就不是自己的了會忍不住對不相干的無辜國家暴動鬧事，要是換成是動物早就被安樂死了吧。

 伊斯蘭教覺得為了聖戰可以燒殺擄掠、SJW覺得自己在行使正義所以可以死亡威脅、暴力恐嚇等取消文化。
