Guardians manager Stephen Vogt has been named the  BBWAA AL Manager of the Year.

This is the fastest anyone has ever gone from player (2022) to Manager of the Ye
ar in MLB history. (Previous: Joe Girardi, player in 2003, MOY in 2006).

ir manager. Murphy received 27 first-place votes to beat out San Diego’s Mike S
