Rob Manfred confirmed today that he plans to retire as @MLB commissioner at the
conclusion of his current term, which ends Jan. 25, 2029.

大聯盟主席Rob Manfred在今天確認

計劃在合約走完後退休

他近期獲得聯盟四年延長合約，合約將走到2029/1/25

到時他也70歲了

n place" by the time his tenure as commissioner ends in early 2029.

Manfred clarified that having the process "in place" does not necessarily mean t
he franchises would be awarded

他希望自己退休前，32隊擴編計劃流程已經開始跑了
