BREAKING: Right-hander Lucas Giolito and the Boston Red Sox are in agreement on
a two-year, $38.5 million contract that includes an opt-out after the first seas
on, sources tell ESPN.

Giolito’s deal with Boston gives him an $18M salary in 2024 and a $1M buyout if
 he opts out. If not, the salary for 2025 is $19M. There is a conditional option
 for 2026 — $14M club option if he throws under 140 innings in 2025, $19M mutua
l option for 140+, with a $1.5M buyout.

合約內容：

2024年年薪18M 逃脫的話可以再拿1M的買斷費

2025年年薪19M

2026年為附帶條件的選擇權

前一個球季投不到140局的話為14M的球團選擇權

反之為19M的雙方選擇權（1.5M買斷費）
