                                                   Taiwan History, ignoring
                                                   the textbook guide (using
                                                   the term of "Japanese
                                                   colonized" instead of
                                                   "Japanese governed")
                                                   The media reported this
                                                   due the questioning of a
                                                   legislator. The head of
                                                   Ministry of Education
                                                   replied:

:              一).98課綱完成合法流程，已待隔年2008實施
                   Tg-98 has done the legal procedure in 2007, pending to
                   launch in 2008.


:              二).馬政府當選，新教育部長鄭瑞城喊卡，召開98課綱修改小組
                   President Ma's head of Ministry of Education, Mr. Cheng,
                   reformed the tg-98 2.0 committee.


:              三).2011年5月，歷經一年半，去掉2位原成員並加入9位中國史學者後，
:                  98課綱修改完成(又稱100課綱)，但未達到王曉波目標。
                   After 18 months past (May 2011), 2 members out and 9 China
                   Historic scholars in, Tg-98 2.0 was modified (as known as
                   tg-100), but not all goals of Mr. Wang were achieved.


:              四).2012年5月，進入編寫帶審定的100課綱，
:                  接到教育部發的『民眾建議書』，要審定委員會依這流程外的建議，
:                  進行教科書的審定過程。(編按:直接最後改，不管你前面怎麼訂)
:                  同年6月，空降政治系張亞中到審定委員會當中，引發爭議
:                  (張亞中為2006倒扁運動聯盟負責人，也是兩岸統合學會理事長)
:                  諸多爭議引發5000人連署抗議。
                   On May 2012, the Ministry of Education asked the committee
                   of revision to revise the guideline from the document of
                   "suggestion of people" beside the formal procedure. In other
                   words, "revise without previous procedures."

                   1 month later, the parachuting of Mr. Chang to the committee
                   of historic causing arguments.
                   (Mr. Chang majors in Politics, and he was head of two
                    political organization.)
                   About 5,000 people joined the petition.


:              五).2013年7月，史記出版社把不符課綱委員會共識的教科書送審，
:                  (該出版社負責人為退役少將，身兼兩岸統合學會執行長)
:                  此番球員兼裁判並無視課綱委員會的事件，引起立委抨擊，
:                  教育部卻回應說，爭議內容(日據)和課綱委員會的(日治)均可。
:                  (編按:這樣還要訂半天花一堆錢請學者定課綱幹嘛？)
:                  審定委員會三人受不了政治力介入而辭職。
                   On Jul 2013, a publish house (史記出版社) request a revise
                   which violates tg-100, which was owned by a retired general
                   as a CEO of a political congress (兩岸統合學會)
                   The legislator doubts, but the Ministry of Education allowed
                   the revision.

                   3 members of the committee (Profs.) resigns due to the
                   intervention of politics.

:              六).教育部再次針對修訂好的100課綱，召開『微調』委員會。
:                  再次由王曉波主導，委員全數不公開，秘密完成了『微調』。
                   The Ministry of Education formed an "amending" committee of
                   tg, lead by Mr. Wang with all members confidential, the
                   amendment was done.


:              七).教育部說微調後的課綱合法，但行政法院已判定程序違法。

                   but the Administrative Court has judged the procedure was

: 很多人把課綱爭議點放在那些名詞的爭議上，個人認為那些倒是教育部和馬政府團隊
: 最希望大家著重的地方，可以讓不了解的旁人認為抗議學生在『吹毛求疵』。
: 實際上，如同這篇原文資料的出處，台大周婉窈教授所指出的，文字並非最主要的爭
: 議點，重要的是，教育部配合馬政府的意思和幕後的紅色意志，一再浪費時間，不惜
: 一切地一改再改，誓不改到退回解嚴前的國編本內容不罷休的意志，令人害怕和擔憂
: 。黑箱又黑箱，改了又改，調了又調，才是爭議點阿！
: 試想，在這樣具備完整流程和規定的課綱制定過程，都可以透過政治意志的操作，強
: 行空降審定委員，出版教科書的出版社竟然還和空降成員有密切關係，如此光明正大
: 的以個人意志去違背法治流程和專業角度，現在連人民意見都可充耳不聞，這是多麼
: 可怕的行為？
: 再者許多家長認為學子們去關心此類事件，實為不智。請問，在當前的社會氛圍當中
: ，孰為智孰為不智？
: 我們的教育已經很悲哀了，一直都是說一套做一套。
: 教小孩子要誠實不能違法，結果官員們一個個貪贓枉法，睜眼說瞎話。
: 教小孩子們不能違非做歹，結果一堆商人黑心商品猛做猛賣。
: 教小孩子行為要正當規矩，結果師長、官員、商人一堆被爆和女學生開房間。
: 教小孩子凡事要守法，結果大人自己紅燈拼命闖，酒駕拼命來，再力爭到底。
: 教小孩子不能依賴暴力，結果官員們、商人們遇到事情就言語恐嚇外加威脅。
: 教小孩子好好念書就好，結果照著做又說唸書沒用？
: 教小孩不能走偏門，結果一堆大人塞紅包走後門講人情倒是沒臉紅過？
: 是不是你們要這些學子們，像你們一樣對什麼事情都充耳不聞，沒有是非？
: 就是有太多你們這樣說一套做一套的大人，
: 才會有一堆無良老闆欺壓年輕人，年輕人只能摸摸鼻子。
: 才會有一堆政客騙選票，選上了就不做事情。
: 才會有一堆惡質的商人賣黑心商品，反正你們還是會貪便宜去買。
: 也才會有一堆人賣了自己的國家，還認為自己沒錯，
: 教的是一回事，做的是一回事，這就是年輕人正在學習的。
: 以後你們別怪他們走偏或沒出息，因為這些都是你們的漠視和姑息造成的。
: 1989年有天安門事件，那時有首歌(歷史的傷口)的歌詞就是這樣：
: 『蒙上眼睛，就以為看不見』
: 『摀上耳朵，就以為聽不到』
: 『而真理在心中，創痛在胸口，還有忍多久，還要沉默多久？』
: 以前你們唱給你們的中國悲慘同胞聽，因為他們被鎮壓，
: 而現在，你們又何嘗不是在和政府一起用語言，用行動鎮壓下一代年輕人呢？
