在上一個測試中,測試了一些USB-A to USB-C線搭配Apple iPhone 15 PRO的充電狀況,
發現到採標準規範製作且有一定品質的線在充電上較不容易遇到問題,那對於目前已成主
流的USB-C to USB-C線是否也是有相同的要求呢?這次一樣找了手上使用中及閒置的一些
線材,搭配Apple iPhone 15 PRO進行充電測試,並額外測試Thunderbolt 4/3及USB4規範
的線材(線材26/27/28/29/30/31、線材35)在充電上的表現
發現到採標準規範製作且有一定品質的線在充電上較不容易遇到問題,那對於目前已成主
流的USB-C to USB-C線是否也是有相同的要求呢?這次一樣找了手上使用中及閒置的一些
線材,搭配Apple iPhone 15 PRO進行充電測試,並額外測試Thunderbolt 4/3及USB4規範
的線材(線材26/27/28/29/30/31、線材35)在充電上的表現
▼首先認識一下Apple iPhone 15 PRO內附的USB-C to USB-C充電傳輸線,線的白色外皮
有編織線紋路,不含兩端接頭的長度為95公分,線路直徑為3.2mm

▼兩端接頭白色外殼尺寸為14.5× 10.2× 4.4mm,外殼與線材相接處未配置護套,USB-C連
接器採用一體成形金屬外殼,其中一端接頭的其中一面有Apple A2795 China字樣及編號
,連接器內部接觸針腳僅配置VBUS、GND、D+/D-資料線、CC1/VCONN信號線,未配置

然後重新觸發。會一直重複觸發→電流拉起來後壓降→斷電→觸發的循環,無法正常充電
。手機關閉充電輸入前電壓降至8.1V

心得:
USB-C to USB-C線材對Apple iPhone 15 PRO的充電測試中,幾乎所有的線材都可以正常
充電,合理壓降範圍內線路阻抗造成的手機端電壓差異不會對充電電流產生明顯影響。不
過手機電池電量40%至50%的狀況下,充電電流一開始會衝高(手機螢幕點亮時充電電流也
會跟著提高),然後會慢慢降下來,要在電池電量低於40%時才會維持在電流2A以上較長的
時間,整體充電功率在19W至20W左右
充電,合理壓降範圍內線路阻抗造成的手機端電壓差異不會對充電電流產生明顯影響。不
過手機電池電量40%至50%的狀況下,充電電流一開始會衝高(手機螢幕點亮時充電電流也
會跟著提高),然後會慢慢降下來,要在電池電量低於40%時才會維持在電流2A以上較長的
時間,整體充電功率在19W至20W左右
只要是可3A/60W的線材都可以滿足充電需求,使用100W甚至240W的線材差異不大,頂多是
線材阻抗降低後,讓手機端電壓壓降減小稍微提升輸入功率
部分USB-A to USB-C及USB-C to USB-C線材為了加強負載過電流及裝置端短路的保護,會
在USB-C接頭內加設自恢復保險絲(POLYFUSE),當電流超過額定時會呈現高阻抗,電流中
斷後會恢復,但是也會造成整體線阻提高,增加線路壓降,並可能導致手機因為壓降幅度
過大而判定充電器電壓異常而停止充電。以小米USB-C PD 45W充電器(CDQ02ZM)隨附
在USB-C接頭內加設自恢復保險絲(POLYFUSE),當電流超過額定時會呈現高阻抗,電流中
斷後會恢復,但是也會造成整體線阻提高,增加線路壓降,並可能導致手機因為壓降幅度

不過iPhone 15 PRO直接接Type-C輸入的螢幕是可以正常顯示(要用支援DP ALT的線)
