最新民調顯示，德國社民黨支持度下滑、已經和基民盟交叉，
不過總理蕭茲仍是支持度最高的總理人選
多數德國人憂慮戰爭波及德國，且多數德國人認為這場戰爭只能以外交解決
(i.e.僅少數德國人認為烏克蘭可以在軍事上獲勝)
多數德國人也支持蕭茲的倡議，即謹慎考慮軍援、與北約協調同步
基民盟支持者也有約半數支持蕭茲的軍援路線
